SIX
Alec is officially six years old.
He celebrated over the weekend with his very first pool party, opened some gifts, enjoyed his friends and most importantly ate well, pretty much crap. This makes him very happy.
I try to continue capturing important occurrences and events via the millions of pictures I take and this, my website.
Assuming Alec continues his penchant for techie stuff (like his daddio), he’ll be reminiscing over old scrapbooks web pages, gazing at his childhood memories on-line as I’m the worst scrap booker ever (as in, I don’t do it – ever.) I mean it.
Alec got an iTouch (second generation he demanded) for his bithday in order to play games. Not fun games I say, rather 'video' games etc. Didn't get this interest from me.
I have zero creative ability which is why I’ve already ‘contracted’ with my friend here in Austin to exchange non-creative work with her kid for art and crafty stuff with mine.
Let’s hope I never forgot to pay my web host, the internet never dies and/or any other computer-related disaster ever occurs, or I’m pretty much screwed.
As Alec is now six and off to non-Montessori school for the first time next Monday, he’s pretty excited as are we as now we don’t have to pay a small fortune every month for his tuition.
And to get the jump on the very well known ‘tradition’ (at his upcoming new school) of providing photos of each year since birth, I’ve got them here along with an additional bonus of some ½ years. Or something like that – you get the ‘picture’.

Beautiful, Kristine. It's fun to see the changes in him over the years. He was such a pretty baby and now is a handsome young boy and will be a teenager before you know it. Keep the pictures coming.
Gosh, I remember most of those pics and ages!!! Amazing.... THEN YOU MOVED away!!! : ( I love the 6 year photo as he has REALLY changed in a year! Great little write-up Kristine - we miss the Watson's everyday!!

Wow, I just saw him last spring and his features have changes so much in just the last few months. He looks so grown up. It's down right scary. By the way, I want to see the pool pix too.
